Bhavik Vyomeshchandra Patel is an accomplished architect and urban planner with over a decade of experience in residential, commercial, and government projects. As the founding partner of Bhavik Architects LLP and Bhavik Interiors Pvt. Ltd., he has led large-scale developments, blending design innovation with strategic planning. Previously, he played a key role in tourism development projects at the Statue of Unity, overseeing multiple high-impact initiatives. His expertise spans urban planning, sustainable design, and digital fabrication, positioning him at the forefront of modernizing India's construction landscape through technology-driven solutions.
Nandish Vin
CFO — Chief Financial Officer
A seasoned Chartered Accountant, Insolvency Professional, and Certified Mediator with over 17 years of expertise in dispute resolution, debt management, and legal consultancy. His experience spans corporate insolvency resolution, liquidation, and mediation under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. A trusted advisor, he specializes in managing financial crises, navigating legal disputes, and ensuring regulatory compliance — and mentors startups from inception to growth with a strategic, results-driven approach.
Samruddhi Chaphale
CCO — Chief Collaboration Officer
An architect, educator, and advocate for socially impactful design with a decade of experience. Founder and principal architect of Sam's Drafting Board, a Nagpur-based practice spanning architecture, interiors, and master planning. She leads SDB Design Workshops mentoring students, and established Levellers Foundation, a non-profit making architecture more accessible in the development sector. The first woman President of NASA India, her journey has been featured in Femina and ELLE Décor. Beyond architecture, she is a speed skater who represented India at the 2007 Roller Skating World Championships, an artist, and a storyteller.
Yang Xiao
Building Design & Performance Partner
A registered architect and advanced architectural designer with over a decade of experience in large-scale mixed-use, commercial, and public projects across China and Australia. As BIM Manager and project leader at Aedas, he played a pivotal role in transitioning the firm's workflow from AutoCAD to Revit-based BIM. His expertise in parametric facade design, digital fabrication, and 3D printing led him to a Master in Advanced Architecture and a Postgraduate in 3D Printing Architecture at the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC), Barcelona.
Swetha Manivannan
COO — Chief Operating Officer
A designer, writer, and social innovator who thrives at the intersection of creativity and impact. A graduate of the Oxford School of Architecture, she has shaped community-driven projects, secured major grants, and helped scale non-profits. At Anthill Creations, she played a key role in making play accessible to marginalized children, pitching projects that won international recognition and funding. A passionate poet and artist, she performs spoken word, publishes poetry, and crafts her own paints from natural pigments.
Abhishek Joshi
Engineering Design Partner
A mechanical consultant known for pioneering sustainable and high-performance engineering solutions. He played a key role in enhancing satellite communications and naval systems, and revolutionized fluid dynamics with his contributions to the Survismeter — impacting energy storage, medical research, and education. At HUL, his process engineering reduced industrial errors; at Krishna Ishizaki Automobiles, he advanced zero-waste, emission-cutting manufacturing. He also developed scalable methods for preserving large-scale murals using modern fabrication.
