Inside BCON's cutting-edge 3D printing system

Our 3D printing system is powered by four essential components, each designed to optimize construction efficiency, flexibility, and durability. Engineered for performance-driven structures, they ensure homes are built faster and stronger — and intelligently designed to adapt to their environment by maximising energy efficiency. Together, they enable precise, sustainable, and future-ready construction.

01
The brain issues the blueprint

JWALA ज्वाला · fire

An intelligent software system that powers automation and precision

Jwala serves as the digital brain behind BCON's 3D printing technology, translating BIM (Building Information Modeling) and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files into precise printing instructions. It continuously monitors printing conditions, making real-time adjustments to maintain accuracy and consistency. With the ability to facilitate complex, customized designs, Jwala expands the creative and functional potential of 3D-printed structures.

Jwala's instructions are the foundation of the entire process — relaying every step the technology must take while performing a given task.

02
The supply line comes alive

VAYU वायु · air

A transport and pumping system that ensures seamless material flow

Vayu is responsible for delivering a controlled and continuous supply of Bhumi to Vyom, ensuring uninterrupted printing. It regulates material flow and pressure, automatically adjusting based on environmental conditions and project requirements. By optimizing delivery efficiency, Vayu reduces material waste and enhances overall construction speed.

Vayu also stores Bhumi and keeps conditions perfect for Vyom to operate in any weather — a smooth, self-contained operating ecosystem.

03
The material takes form

BHUMI भूमि · earth

A specialized low-carbon concrete-based mixture

Formulated for strength and sustainability, Bhumi is BCON's proprietary 3D printing material — engineered for durability, quick setting, and optimal printability. Its formulation adjusts to different climates and incorporates locally available materials, minimizing waste while keeping printed buildings resilient and long-lasting.

Bhumi travels from Vayu to Vyom through pumping systems designed around the material's unique properties.

The printer brings it to life

VYOM व्योम · sky

A high-precision 3D printer for mobility and rapid development

Vyom is BCON's advanced mobile 3D printer, designed to operate on-site and off-site with minimal setup. Its compact, transportable design allows easy relocation between construction sites, and it prints intricate geometries and curved structures without traditional formwork — at high speed, with precise layer deposition.

Vyom is a mobile vessel — the entire executing ecosystem travels with it to every allocated site.

A home, printed in months — not years

Four elements working as one system: half the build time, 75% less labour, up to 80% less waste — and a 50+ year design life.
